Rod Harmon – Management Team

Education and Early Experience

As the CEO, Rod’s leadership and his team have been defined by years of experience in the field of technology. He has managed multiple companies, built departments and policies from the ground up, and currently oversees all operations of BAYCNS.

Rod Harmon holds a degree in Computer Sciences. He is certified in design and processing of data systems, and has studied numerous computer coding languages. Rod Harmon has also developed database solutions for Baytown Lee College and Exxon USA.

Prior to starting the company in 2007, Rod Harmon worked with companies throughout the entire Houston, TX area. Most companies ranged in size from 2 to 200 employees. He worked to provide a diverse ecosystem of solutions. He has management experience with Dell server-based solutions, SQL, Exchange, and many third party software solutions. Rod has worked with major technology providers like Microsoft, Apple, Intuit, Google, and more.

Current Focus

Since the establishment of BAYCNS and the launch of Microsoft Office 365, Rod has been focused on 365 migrations, custom SharePoint configurations for cloud based file access, remote work and collaboration solutions, and packaged IT systems management outsourcing for small to medium sized businesses, with the added benefit of expertise in online image presentation and website development. Rod has exemplary skills with creating a fresh and professional client internet online presence. He has worked with all popular hosting companies like GoDaddy, Network Solutions, and more. He typically utilizes WordPress for design and customization, and various resources for search engine optimization (SEO). As a result, his work demonstrates an acute sense of style and elegance, with performance and effectiveness.

Strong Ethic

Rod has a powerful drive for excellence and an outstanding ethic. Firstly, he believes trust and the client’s relationship comes first. Secondly, he believes in treating the client’s business like his own with respect to precision, performance, and security.

At the time of this writing, Rod has no plans of retirement, but rather to keep supporting the businesses and those employees  he has built long-standing friendships with. For now and for the foreseeable future, he seeks to ensure that both he and his clients are successful.

Kennadee Oppliger – Management Team

Kennadee Oppliger gives new meaning to the term “hits the ground running”, and is an important part of our leadership team.

When our needs grew to require additional help in the sales and marketing arena, enter Kennadee Oppliger.
Within two hours of her first assignment, the project was complete.

She has become an irreplaceable and valuable asset to BAYCNS, and we are just really happy she’s here. In addition to marketing materials, Kennadee is our information discovery lead for website design services. When you hire us for a website project, she contacts you to find out how you want to be represented online. Important information like current logos, documentation, brand and contact options, for example.

Kennadee has a work experience background in customer relationships and office administration. She also has an education background in bookkeeping and accounting.
Her knowledge of our services works to compliment her irresistible smile and personality, and makes her crucial in handling new business opportunities.
When clients purchase website services, she  collects every important detail to create a current and meaningful online web presence.
She has a background in social media and is pretty much our go to professional for important in house marketing materials, and she always keeps us on our toes when we need to be.
