With more than 20 years of hands‑on experience in IT leadership, Rod oversees every aspect of the company — serving simultaneously as CEO, CTO, and CIO.
His career has been defined by building systems, departments, and solutions from the ground up. Rod’s leadership style is rooted in precision, integrity, and a deep commitment to the success of every client he serves.
Education and Early Experience
Rod holds a degree in Computer Sciences and is certified in the design and processing of data systems. He has studied numerous programming languages and has developed database solutions for Baytown Lee College and Exxon USA.
Before founding BAYCNS in 2007, Rod worked with companies across the Houston area — from small offices to 200‑employee organizations. His experience includes:
